No, I haven't. I surmise the Court ordered the increases in A/S for NSEH only because Yates likely offered to do so to pay off Hicks.
The Court was probably formalizing the settlement between Hicks and Yates into a Court Order.
Then Yates could argue to the SEC that he was under Court Order to increase the NSEH A/S.
As I see it Yates connives everything to his advantage, even that slow-as-molasses 8-K after the 2 fake news releases helped him and his cronies, plus Hicks, to unload a boatload of shares....and then plead that he and NSEH were victims.
