BIGG posted 1st Q 10-Q on 5/27/14 11 days after filing late notice NT 10-Q on 5/16/14 as referenced here;
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=transax&match=contains&action=getcompany
BIGG posted 2nd Q 10-Q on the SEC scheduled due date of 8/14/14.
The SEC rule states that the 10-Q must be filed 5 calendar days after the NT 10-Q filing, however, companies often surpass that deadline and the SEC rarely takes action. There is no set penalty for filing late and the SEC has a history of only taking action against companies that file late excessively. BIGG throughout it's history has usually filed on time with only a few exceptions so it's highly unlikely the SEC would take any action for a late filing.
The 3Q 10-Q will post anyday now and when it does it will be BIGG. This is a company that is growing in a very positive way. Go long and stay long, We're talking pennies now, soon it will be dollars. You think this holiday season is good wait till next year and the year after that.
