I talked to Ed Leonard at 2:10 CDT. I asked ifthe CTBG 10-SB would be filed in April 2006. He told me to carefully read the March 30th PR. It said they planned to file the 10-SB in April, 2006. He added that they were still planning to file "around that time frame".

I also asked if he had told anyone that there would be no filing this month. He said that he's told no one that there would be no filing in April. In fact he said he's talked to "no one on that topic today.". He went on the say that he's a certified CPA in Texas and is bound by law from revealing information to anyone other than the officers in the Company and their legal advisors.
