Why would Apple have to pay GTATQ when GTATQ failed to deliver? When GTATQ failed to produce good product using it's own technology, it sealed their fate. Now they sit in Bankruptcy... Sorry, but they failed.. I thought GTATQ didn't need Apple? Another change of tune I guess. Now chances of getting an equity committee are also slim...Why? Probably because shareholders are toast anyway you see it. Even if GTATQ comes out of bankruptcy, shareholders can still be left with nothing, and completely exterminated. It is what it is, sorry.
