Bioelectronics Corp (BIEL)

Hey hereigo - I have long suspected and posted a few times my suspicions - that BIEL is selling shares into the bid by another corporation with which BIEL has already negotiated a deal, thereby allowing that entity, or its officers, directors, friends, etc., to pick up shares. Either that or MM's just playing the games they do for daily crumbs, which add up to amazing ROI's on an annualized basis.

On the former scenario, doesn't take long to build up a couple of Billion shares, and this has been going on for over a year, with folks wondering who is selling and who may be buying.

My opinions only, but clearly someone is buying and someone is selling, no?
