The float is microscopic because virtually all of the stock issued as currency to pay for these "deals" has a restricted legend attached to it. The only way it free trades is if Simmonds files a registration statement with the SEC....I think, based on the information recently released, Simmonds has much bigger problems to deal with than a lack of meaningful liquidity.
