I have seen the First Wind - Cohocton turbines, at least a couple, driving down I-390. The weren't moving the two days I drove by.
Scattered in the hills, I wonder how they are connected to the grid.
I'm not a big fan. The noise (when they do move) are the biggest problem. Eventually the residents win and they are stopped, at least at night.
