There is no possible way to know how many shares are outstanding. We can assume that it is at least close to 350,000,000 based on MW's one and only non-statement statement made last year. It could be much more. penny pink pennies routinely exceed their AS. The poor investor only learns about it when its too late and the DTC puts on a Global Lock or the SEC suspends trading.

I'm not saying the AS has been exceeded here. But, I am saying that MW/RW's 20 year record of lies and scams makes it a possibility.
