Looks to me that all that needs to happen is that the company that lent BGL the money needs to start asking questions - like how did they get through $7m in one year?

OJ Simpson's defence cost way less than that! BGL would have to have had a team of about 20 Attorneys working round the clock with non stop billable hours to rack up those kind of fees!
