If they have certain knowledge that GTAT can emerge from bankruptcy with the commons intact, that would be buying on insider knowledge, wouldn't it?

So if we DON'T see them buy it's good news, IMO.

But of course if they thought the company would fail they wouldn't buy either.

... So I don't expect to see any form 4's in the near term.
