$RSII - Addressing Mayer Luce and their shares.....

It's no secret that Mayer Luce owns 250 million shares of RSII stock. As of RSII's last 10-Q for the period ending September 30th, Mayer Lucas has not only sold a single share, they have also surrendered 100 million shares of the original amount. Which means that they are still in the O/S but now can be issued down the road for more financing if they want or need it. The only difference is they weren't returned to the treasury.

Share reports for volume as provided by FINRA show that roughly only 50 million shares have been diluted since June 30th. That's an average of only of 12.5 million shares a month. It's also a green light that the company is alive. Those were the first shares to be converted in over a year. That small bit of dilution shows me Mr. DiPrima is taking care of business and making things happen.

I understand your concern, but you need to learn how to read a 10-Q, figure a current estimated float and dilution rate, and learn a little bit about different market makers.

That will give you the "NOW" picture of the stock. You are assuming something that hasn't happened or been mentioned one way or another. No offence, just saying bump up your DD before posting.

You don't mention Mayer Luce in your post and you are off by 104 million shares if you were referring to them. If you were referring to the O/S, it's 474 million and holding 100 million surrendered shares that as far as all filings and PR's, have not been reissued yet.

If anything they might file for a few more shares way down the road, but a R/S is not happening here bro lol.

As of close Friday, I estimate the float is still right around 115-120 million. And that float number is the number I like. And any one who is experienced in the OTC, knows that even if they start to dilute, the pps will go way up because they need a market to sell the shares into.

As far as your opening line "grasping at straws...", I'll let that slide while LOL and SMH. I think it's obvious who's grasping what here.
