IMO youre grasping at straws. shareholders are invested in the STOCK. No matter what the direction of the company, if they have tons of stock to sell then the value of Said stock will be lessened no matter WHAT the operations are. And CEO made it clear to NOONE what is going to happen with the 354mil shares owned by the previous comp. IMO its because they clearly have to SELL them before anything else really takes place. But then, the float and OS will be maxed out and who knows. maybe a RS will be necessary to clear everything out so they can proceed/ Who knows?
