Though you are incorrect about Dominion dumping 21 million shares, for the sake of argument let's say that you are right.

So Dominion has dumped 40% of the total shares they were granted and the stock price has....

Drumroll, please...

GONE UP SINCE THEY STARTED DUMPING SHARES!!!

Your take on Dominion actually supports the fact that TRTC is a very strong stock and all the shares that you say Dominion is dumping haven't caused the stock price to go down at all -- in fact, the stock price has gone up since the S-1 was first filed!!!

The debate is over and the verdict is in!

Your claim that Dominion dumping a tsunami of shares would cause TRTC to go down to .05 has proven to be very, very wrong.

The exact opposite has happened and if I was counting on Dominion dumping shares to cause the stock price to go down so I could cover a short position, I would be very, very worried!
