The Latest S-1A filed by TRTC on Thursday after the bell, shows 31 million shares registered for sale. That means Dominion has dumped a stunning 21 million shares - the original S-1 registered 52 million shares - into the market as it redeems the warrants on a cashless basis!!

Now ask yourself? Are you surprised TRTC is stuck in the 30 cent big pit? And if there is any pop in the near future do you think Dominion won't dump shares into it?!!
