Apple did not what they need or want:
If you want to build the house and tell contractor to build house like this and keep changing house requirements after contractors have started working on it. There will be two things happening. Either contractor will leave your house in the middle with all material to go in graveyard or ask you to rewrite the contract and pay for all the changes separately.
