Did this company actually have TWO buyout offers that were rejected???
Heck those types of deals are usually a slam dunk for getting suspended.

There have been quite a few PRs that the company has issued that have gone almost completely unnoticed. I noticed, that's why I'm writing this blog to begin with. Let's recap starting back in June of 2013.

GBHD Presented With Tender Take Over Bids - Two buyout offers were presented to the company. One for .75 cents/share and the other for .80 cents/share. Both were DENIED! "After comprehensive due diligence, the Board of Directors has declined both of these tenders prior to presenting these offers to the shareholders."
GBHD Moves U.S. East Coast Office to Virginia - "Management sees this as a strategic move, better positioning the Company for both short-term and long-term growth…"
GBHD Moves Forward With U.S. S.E.C. Fully Reporting Status; Interviews Commence for Legal & Auditing…
GBHD Selects Securities Law Firm to Assist on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Filings - "The Company and its legal team will begin putting together the necessary documentation for a FORM S-1"
GBHD Retires 151,000,000 Shares of Its Common Stock to Corporate Treasury - "These 151 M in total aggregate shares, based on terms within acquisition agreements, have been returned due to the higher values in the Company's stock price."
GBHD's Subsidiary Exports Over $1 Million Worth of Wellness Juices - "…Wellness Juices, Inc. shipped $1, 341,210.16 US worth of juices. Six different companies throughout Central and South America purchased and imported the Wellness Juices' products under individual private labels."
