Too funny!! Better read the post again. Obviously Mr. Adelstein wasn't even part of the company for the first 4 years, so he quite clearly was not part of the initial scam. Mr. Scivoletto was the technical guy, the scientist who came up with the nutrimastic additive. He had no control over the company in any manner ... financial or otherwise and was not paid any salary. So, quite clearly, he was not part of the scam.

But, guess who was?!! lol
