Read the post again! I said that a gagged TA was typical of a scam. I did not say, or imply, that a gagged TA was the only reason IFUS was a scam. But, a gagged TA is the first marker among penny stock scams.

Not sure what you mean by bogus posted numbers. If you're speaking of the 2013 P & L and the 2013 Balance sheet first posted by AllThatJazz; those are 100% genuine. They were submitted by MW/RW to the court. If those two submitted bogus numbers, the court is NOT going to be happy.

IFUS was not corrupted by anyone other than MW, RW and SonnyBoy Shill. The Boom Bros weren't caught doing anything. LOL I think what happened is Mr. Scivoletto grew tired of MW & RW & SonnyBoy Shill's underhanded ways and called them on it.

As for the defense team: That has been explained on this board many times. MW can publicly mock and spin things any way he wishes. It just doesn't matter. Its not going to be so easy to fool a jury that has no vested interest in the company.
