(OTCMKTS:SRGE) along with its subsidiary, Southridge Minerals, Inc., has been focusing on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold as well as silver mines in Mexico. Southridge Enterprises Inc. operates as another subsidiary under the name of Novamex Mineral SA.

Southridge Enterprises Inc., clamps an arrangement to secure a 100% interest in the Cinco Minas property casing approximately 10,750 hectares located northwest of the city of Guadalajara. Another region in the Gran Cabrera property covering approximately 4,300 hectares situated northwest of Cinco Minas. The company has till present had an option to acquire a 40% interest in the Esperanza property covering approximately 106,333 hectares to be found north of La Estancia, Jalisco.
