(taking Ultra Flix away from NTEK shareholders in a sense and only gives out a dividend, isn't that a stab in the back to us? It's like kidnaping half our business and say "Oh, well we'll toss you a few sheckles, don't worry?"

Not to worry.
(1) You (ntek shareholders) already do not exist as people to d.f/ntek
(2) You (ntek shareholders) have no vote or input to any corporate decisions by d.f./ntek and rest assured, you will absolutely be decimated when the time comes.
(3) ntek is under absolutely no obligation to give common ntek shareholders any ownership of any new venture.
(4) You ( ntek shareholders) have been and will be massively screwed on a continuing basis until you ( ntek shareholders) no longer have any more common ntek shares.
