Message for the board: If NTEK spins off this Ultra Flix Media Group, (taking Ultra Flix away from NTEK shareholders in a sense and only gives out a dividend, isn't that a stab in the back to us? It's like kidnaping half our business and say "Oh, well we'll toss you a few sheckles, don't worry?" If they do this I will be completely pissed off.
