Note when it comes to raising money, Tony chung has never prioritized the two choices he always cites, dilution and increasing revenues, by putting raising revenues first.

This is a dead give away of the mind set of Tom Steipp and Tony Chung:

First
Raise Money by dilution
Then, if we have the time,
Think about how to increase revenues instead of decreasing them.

With management like this, always putting dilution first, how does anyone expect that this company will ever make money?
