CLF—Credit Suisse's summary is consistent with the Reuters material you posted yesterday. It’s all beginning to make sense: Goncalves is a poker player who doesn’t show his cards prematurely (and doesn’t take off his shoes until he gets to the river, LOL).
Based on what Goncalves said on the 3Q14 CC, I think it’s a good bet that the parent company can disclaim most—or almost all—of the Canadian liabilities.
