Pg 24: Costs associated with ..... expansion of our German subsidiary and its operations.
So why would NWBO be expanding its German subsidiary and its german operations .... seems like they are gearing things up in Germany .... hopefully more news to come from Germany soon.

Pg 25 Regarding the new UK facility: Environmental remediation (remediate specific ground contamination) estimated at $1.6 M, but small chance (<5%) that it could be as high as $20M.
Ouch ... I certainly hope it does not cost anything near $20M (small odds that it will).

Pg 26: Other factors affecting ongoing funding requirements includes .... "cost of establishing clinical studies & compassionate use/named patient programs in other countries"
.... I wonder what they mean with this ? Are the "other countries" referring to Germany & England ... or other countries?
Which "clinical studies & compassionate use/named patient programs" to be established?

Pg 28: Contract for Sale/Purchase of Land & Buildings in Sawston England: Spicers Limited, Aracaris Capital Limited & Cognate Bioservices.
I would have liked to be able to see the Exhibits, but they were not visible when I look at the 10Q.
I suspect Spicers Limited may be the Seller name.
As per above .... Aracaris Capital appears to be a new NWBO subsidiary in London, formed just prior to the UK facility purchase.
I wonder why Cognate Bioservices would be part of the Contract to Buy & Sell?
