So the question that many have is, why in the world would China ever want to have any involvement with an American Company, with regard to the Canal? Why not just buy what they need? Why go through the paperwork and legalese with ACDU? Why bother to have a ""shell" and work behind it? The answer can be found in a very interesting paper trail that leads to a piece of paper with the words " DESCRIPCION LEGAL".
