That's quite a Bold statement without any verifiable Proof.

But then, if that was a Short Cover, it certainly didn't
move the PPS much, did it.

So, I guess it's either a Short Cover like you say and it didn't
move the PPS

-OR-

It wasn't a Short Cover and someone just Dumped those shares.

What ever fits the Reader.
