So Essentially December 27th 2014 MIKP will become an effective filer which will be retroactive dating back to the filing date (October 27th, 2014)?

The Form 10 is deemed effective 60 days after filing, yes. Comments can continue thereafter from SEC, but we will be deemed effective filer as FINRA strongly suggested for the approval of the Form 211.


Mike at BMAS has received our Form 211 materials and is reviewing currently.


Why would he need to review the form 211 as you filed the form 10/audit to take its place?


The form 10 was NOT filed in PLACE of the 211. It was filed per FINRA's recommendation so that they may approve the Form 211 once we are an effective filer.



Progress on projects will be announced in filings and/or via press release- I'd like to get over this hump before getting too active in terms of announcements; however.


That said, I trust they'll see that BMA did not casually agree to sponsor us-- there was a lot of due diligence to perform to get where we are.

Kind of understand? In other words BMA agreed to sponsor you AFTER you did a lot of due diligence?


BMA had to do due diligence on us before they agreed to sponsor us. We couldn't be more transparent at this point- we have our Form 10 live with the SEC and we've submitted any and all DD requests from BMAS regarding the new Form 211



Getting the Form 10 filed was quite the undertaking, so we're catching our breath; hence the extension request.
