RE: The MNTR $621,200 lawsuit.

You may find the following interesting:
Chester was supposedly introduced to "Symbian Bank" by people with the Wakabayashi Fund. The Wakabayashi Fund certainly has an interesting history.
MNTR was to receive a $35,000,000 loan from "Symbian Bank" to help with the purchase of Bhang Chocolate.
Later on, "Ravensburg Capital" is supposed to have "taken over" "Symbian's" portfolio.
Chester paid someone somewhere $621,200 for "credit default insurance", which now appears to be in litigation, MNTR suing "Wm. E. Fielding and Associates, Inc.".
1) Wm. E. Fielding and Associates, Inc., has been an INACTIVE Florida corporation since at least 9-1-2013.
2) "Symbian Bank" and "Ravensburg Capital" and "Guarantee Support Services" and "Wefandassociates" ALL USE THE SAME IP ADDRESS (74.208.31.13).
3) www.symbianbank.com and www.ravensburgcapital.com and www.guaranteesupportservices.com were all registered THE SAME DAY (1-22-2009)
4) www.symbianbank.com information from www.sitetrail.com:
admin-c-firstname: William
admin-c-lastname: Fielding
5) www.ravensburgcapital.com information from www.sitetrail.com:
registrant-firstname: William
registrant-lastname: Fielding
AND, Wakabayashi Fund uses the same Hosting Company and Server Location as "Symbian" and "Ravensburg" and "Guarantee" and "WEF", but has a different IP address (74.208.30.10).
Other posters on IH have also pointed out the seeming non-existence of these institutions, with no response from MNTR.
