Rhumphre1 - Thank you for your very detailed post and explanation of why
you have the position you have. To me it is understandable why you are
upset with USEI and the lack of follow through on the BIO side of the
business. Your points are valid and justified. I'm seeing a little more
substance to his claims this time around and am comfortable with the MJ
approach to the business plan at this time. I hope the HEMP feeding the
BIO Diesel is still ultimately part of the business model but I've
resolved in my mind to not count on that.

I was very disappointed like you at the beginning and just turned away
from the purchase but left it in my portfolio, I have since averaged my
position down to where it is an acceptable risk, yes costing me more
capital but giving me a much better shot at turning this into a winning
play.

Again, Thank you for the contributions you make by pointing out your
position very clearly and I respect that! As all that read your posts
should. People should always remember there were shareholders before
them that gained valuable experience that we can all learn from.
