Christopher Wheeler of Rochester (Webster)

was sentenced Tuesday. 3 10 month sentences for the tax evasion charges. He starts serving them in January. The AUSA Field said he was satisfied with that and that Wheeler cooperated (means rolled over).

Surprised no one here is discussing the SEC action yesterday against Clozza (Forum National) given the fact Clozza was posting "$100K rewards" solicitation on IHUB for all the Ripoff.com et al trash talkers.
