I have scanners set for intraday volume and price at a few different price points.. Yea etrade will not allow you to short under a dollar and honestly I wouldn't do it if you could.. It's way to risky and you could rack up some real big loses quick.. I honestly like VOIS right now.. I emailed the company and was told no dilution is happening so its likely been heavy debt conversion that brought it down so much but I have 2 mill @ an average of .0019.. I will average down if it drops lower.. A PR campaign is coming in the next few weeks leading up to the manufacturing of their BCI device.. Should see a nice bounce when the conversion cycle ends..
