I did recently, and ended up buying garbage like ELRA and VOIS, thinking these block trades were promoters being paid out, not just the companies, straight diluting. Do you just scan for volume? I opened a margin account so i can short, but like you, i have etrade, and cant short these. Might try Trade King, or one of those other ones.
