Another R/S is guaranteed. Here's why:

The note holders are allowed to convert their notes to shares at a 40% discount to the LOWEST price over the previous 21 days. At a price of .0001 that is not possible so you can be assured they will be demanding another R/S in order to get their money back.

I am sure even Kay is shocked by the speed of this decline.
