two huge red flags.

1) John still can't get his contact phone number correct. the number listed on the new filings is still the same one that goes to some lady who specifically states that this is not John O's Phone number.

2) outstanding share structure conveniently "almost" maxed out at 1 billion.

Let me see, somebody has been selling these shares to increase from the 250 million last filed to now over 900 million.
