And then there is DGRI, who announced in a PR they would be appointing an auditor a week or so later, but never said anything after that. At least Hollis has his two "8-inch binders" he submitted to get the chill removed, sometime last winter I believe...

It never ceases to amaze me how these pinky CEOs can just say anything and then never follow up or even mention it again and there's virtually no repercussions.
