from what i understand (but consider the source)...

the merger will result in a reduction in the number of shares in something like a 7.5 to 1 ratio. virtra decided to complete the deal with dynalyst and altatron first; and altatron in particular is doing much better than had been expected when the deal was struck. total added revenue is something like $30 million. the suntech merger is supposed to occur after the other is complete, but am not sure that we can have the same level of certainty that the second merger will occur.
