They're locked up now, because they know the results of Q1 earnings. I'd be shocked not to see them dumping big blocks after earnings though. I was holding long last year when they dumped the 175,000 shares you mentioned...and I can tell you that it was absolutely vicious as the stock was only doing like 200,000 shares per day at the time and they just destroyed it.

So I wouldn't expect them to be gentle with the sell button this time around, considering that the stock is an absolute POS now....trading at almost 4 times where they last unloaded with no significant improvement in the fundamentals.

I continue to scale into a major short position here. I'm nicely underwater at the moment, but I still see this stock under $30 next month.
