ERS short

I don't short often, but I was mulling over ERS. Yahoo shows that the Kahn's (Nathan is the CEO) own over five million shares of ERS. They haven't sold any since August of '05, when they sold 175,000 shares @ $12.75, and thats their only sale in the past three years. Any theories on why they haven't taken more of these huge profits off the table? Geeze, if Yahoo is right they own over $240,000,000 worth - and in late 2002, the value was $5,000,000.
