Large penny investors buying blocks of a million shares at a time, last FEB it hit $0.03 a share, and that's where it could be heading to over the next few weeks, as the dumb money flippers get fooled into selling out to the penny hedge fund traders grabbing their shares for the much bigger run up, once it runs up over a penny the race to $0,03 will be on.
