Ok here is about the lightest info I can give you... 3 years of dormancy on NNRI (which is the sister company of KDNG)....on September 24th NNRI filed for reinstatement. ..on October 30th Kading Companies Announces the Completion of Its August 31, 2014 Fiscal Year-End Financial Statements.

They are getting up to date with everything so they can be listed as current again on the OTC markets.

Now for the big news.
They just scored a deal in South Africa to mine for gold and diamonds. This isn't just any opportunity. It's a huge one. If you want more info on it private message me.

And lastly, here is an email I just received from the CEO

I gave my attorney the necessary documention to review to up-lift the
company from "No Information" to "Current Information" on the
OTCMarkets.com on Sunday and expect his comments later this week. I am
suppose to have a meeting with the LA group regarding the acquision of two
companies for NNRF at 2:00 today, so everything seems to be moving
forward.
