Merger Sub will be merged with and into AAC and, unless you validly exercise appraisal rights in accordance with Nevada law, your shares of AAC common stock will be converted into shares of Holdings common stock.

doesn't matter who owns them or when at time of conversion... Anyone getting FTER shares below $45 is getting a deal!
