If by now, with all the evidence before us, if some are worried that commons will be wiped out, sell now, because you don't know what's happening and will only stress yourself out. This is the best 'Q' play I've seen. Better than AMR. Those that invest in this type of stocks are players who have the conviction to put their money after they have done their DD.

Yes, we all want a 10 bagger with hardly any risk. Now that you all woke up. Here's what we got;

1. 80% institution owned.

2. Apple already made a sweet deal, I think GTAT is are looking for more exit funds than $150M.

3. Assets exceed liabilities.

4. All court proceeding have indicated GTAT 'leanings'.

5. Management have stated to exit BK CH-11 with shareholder 'whole'.

6. Recent news from India on GTAT Merlin solar interest ( a deal, if signed, that can top $1B min).

7. GTAT hired Rothschild Inc. They are the best and most expensive. Look what they did to AMR. What
do you people think they will do with Restructure GTAT ? I'll tell you what; GTAT will exit this stronger then before. And I tend to agree that they may, as Xena suggests, work out a JV on Saphire glass with Apple. Apple will not go to the back of the bus on this one. Why do you think Apple is not putting up the kind of fight that was expected? Because Apple - wants back in - and they said so !

. - I'll let my colleagues fill in the rest of what I missed.

Stop watching the MM's play with your head. These are OTC GAMES. These pennies mean -NOTHING.

Not talking to Xena, on any of this since she's up-to-snuff, on what's happening.

Best to All,

Don't you think that institutional investors will make sure that equity interest is defended?
