HES reports first oil production from Tubular Bells field in GoM:

The Tubular Bells Field was discovered in 2003 and the development was sanctioned in October 2011. It lies in approximately 4,300 feet of water, 135 miles southeast of New Orleans.

HES is the operator and has a 57% working interest. (CVX owns the other 43%.) HES expects its net production from Tubular Bells to reach 25K boe/d in 2017-2018.
