Then consider no reinvested dividends.
Inflation
No borrowing power

You've got yourself a pretty hunk of metal that hasn't kept up with the market.
Of course now you've moved back your date of doom to 2015. I'll bet if I look, you were saying the same stuff last year about 2014.
