They are not a Nasdaq company and it would be disrespectful to shareholders to treat themselves as one. Trtc is still in the stage of developing their model. It's on the horizon, but the company is not yet receiving cash flow from the cultivation and sale of MJ. Therefore, they should not be taking these kind of payouts. It's simple.

I do a lot of work with startups who have brilliant people behind them and they are working day and night to drive results. They don't get bonuses for hard work, they only get them for results. I believe in TRTC but this payout is too soon and is hugely disrespectful to shareholders.
