IBM Forced Communication>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Notice the first sentence:

"On Nov. 3, 2005, CMKM Diamonds, Inc. annnounced a distribution of certain assets to its bona fide shareholders."

WOW...what a way to capture a readers attention! No mention in the first sentence of Entourage being the main focus of distribution...no siree! This captures the peeker's reader's attention...especially after seeing it addressed with the words, "Dear CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Shareholder".

Nice "forced communication"!

If that does not capture a postal worker's attention they must be entirely void of curiosity. Most people's curiosity revolves around sex and money. Well...we have the money part in this little post card...most would want to read the rest. Everyone likes to read about a winner!

--------------

He wanted to be recognized in the world of communications, and most people don't realize that. They always think of him as wanting to make movies and the fly boy and wanting an airline. Don't get me wrong, he had an insatiable need to have an airline. I cannot remember which Apollo it was. I believe it was Apollo 14, I think, that the mission called for their walking to Surveyor II. Surveyor I was the second Hughes soft-landed vehicle. And when he found out about it, he wanted his name identified to the mission.

Well, by that time we knew the astronauts. We had entertained them on our yacht. My son Peter had become very friendly with them. We'd fly the jet, have them over here as our guests. When the astronauts from Apollo 13 returned to earth, the first place they went to was here to see the house that Howard had built for me. We threw a party for them. I still have the pictures, phenomenal pictures.

MR. ANDERSON: Where Si Redd lives now?

MR. MAHEU: Yes. Right, right, right. Yeah.

MR. ANDERSON: Great place.

MR. MAHEU: Well, I tell you, that party was absolutely incredible. And in any event, Peter calls me back from the Cape, and he says, "Impossible. NASA will not allow a manufacturer's name identified with any mission."

So when I said that to Hughes, he said, "Have you ever heard of forced communication?"

"Tell me what you mean."

He says, "We'll force them into it." He says, "Come up with gimmicks, unlimited expense account, and before you get through, you'll know what forced communications means."

Unlimited expense account, okay. We pulled in a yacht from Fort Lauderdale to the Cape, 167 footer. We had 15 little gold modules made of the Surveyor. We ordered 4,000 great big badges, white badges with "Hello HALO" on it. My wife and I flew to the Cape. We didn't live on the yacht. But we'd have Walter Cronkite for lunch, Hugh Downs. And on the way out, we'd give them little modules, gold modules.

"What's this?"

"That's a Surveyor. That's the vehicle that when they walk on the moon, they're going to be walking up to this."

Now, there are 4,000 people walking around the Cape with "Hello HALO." Suddenly someone said, "What's HALO?"

"Oh, HALO is Hughes Aircraft Lunar Observer."

"Well, what is that?"

"That's where they're going to go when they walk on the moon."

MR. ANDERSON: That was pretty ingenious.

MR. MAHEU: It worked. Now mind you, the night that they were blasted off, that night we entertained on the yacht the vice president of the United States and his wife, the wives of the astronauts who had just taken off, and their parents on that yacht. Now, a few days later they're finally on the moon, and they're walking to Surveyor II. By that time we have created such a demand that every network including. Reuters has now this bigger module in each of their studios, with the vice president of the Hughes Aircraft identifying what it is that the guys are doing when they're talking about it.

anydaynow,
Research Mr. Maheu and relate the postcards to the "forced communication" scenario from his past. Once you make that linkage, you'll see the brilliance of it all.

penny,
Think about how to force the communication out to the entire shareholder population, advertising the urgency of the information. If the postcard went out to tens of thousands of shareholders, just think how many people touched the card before it reached its final destination. How many people saw the word 'urgent' and glanced at the information? Yes, the shareholder base is strong and large, but now the word has spread to tens of thousands of others too. There is a reason for it all as the script unfolds. Time to just sit back and relax and let the Master do his work. You should research Mr. Maheu and forcing the communication.

anydaynow,
Since you already are certed and faxed, it was not sent to you for you. But many others touched the card before it reachedyour hands. Many others read the card before you did. NSS enlightenment is being spread around the world. We are but one very important tool to the process.

-------------------

According to Jay, "NSS enlightenment is being spread around the world", however, not necessarily and obviously, through this one post card, since NSS is not mentioned anywhere throughout. If we are to believe Jay Adobe that there is some significance to the post cards being sent out, other than for the sake of saving money(which he denies), then one needs to look further at this notion of the sending out of post cards to more than just non-bona-fide shareholders.

If you will take a look at the last 3 PRs, you will notice that in each PR, the mention of assets is always in conjunction with the mention of Entourage share distribution(with one exception mentioned at the end of the last PR):

11-4-05:

"Distribution/Dividend of Entourage Common Stock and all other assets of CMKM. CMKM's board of directors, through the distribution Task Force described below, has resolved to distribute the 50,000,000 shares of Entourage common stock to all CMKM bona fide stockholders."

"The distribution Task Force will be entrusted to ensure the shares of Entourage common stock, and any other assets of CMKM, are distributed to only CMKM bona fide stockholders."

"Therefore, CMKM stockholders who hold their shares in "street name" will need to demand physical certificates from their broker in order to be considered a bona fide CMKM stockholder and be entitled to their proportionate share of the Entourage common stock and any other assets of CMKM to be distributed to its bona fide stockholders."

"The Task Force has been given full and complete authority to use all means necessary, including bringing federal or state court legal action, to make certain all bona fide CMKM stockholders receive their proportionate allocation of the Entourage common stock and any other assets of CMKM available for distribution."

"As CMKM is effectively a non-operational company holding only the Entourage shares and intangible assets, Urban Casavant will remain as the sole officer and director of CMKM until the Task Force identifies all bona fide CMKM stockholders and all of the affairs of CMKM are wound up."

------

1-19-06:

"Periodically CMKM intends to provide updates by the Task Force, which has been implemented to distribute assets primarily consisting of 45,000,000 shares of Entourage Mining Ltd. common stock."

"Robert A. Maheu, a Task Force Administrator, stated, "The sole purpose of the Task Force is to assist the stockholders of CMKM in obtaining a distribution of the assets of CMKM, pursuant to a Distribution Plan, primarily consisting of the Entourage shares."

"Therefore, CMKM stockholders who hold their shares in "street name" will need to demand physical certificates from their broker in order to be considered a bona fide CMKM stockholder, and be entitled to their proportionate share of the Entourage common stock and any other assets of CMKM to be distributed to bona fide stockholders."

"Stockholder's certificates are only being utilized to verify their entitlement to their percentage of the distribution of CMKM assets, primarily consisting, at this time, of the Entourage stock."

"Any stockholder, who cannot produce a certificate or does not desire receipt of a distribution, will not receive a distribution of Entourage shares or other CMKM assets."

"The Task Force was formed solely for the purpose of establishing a Distribution Plan and supervising the distribution of the Entourage shares and other assets of CMKM, if any."

3-20-06:

"As a reminder, certificates are only being utilized to verify entitlement to a percentage of the distribution of CMKM assets, primarily consisting, at this time, of the Entourage stock. Stockholders will retain their CMKM shares upon completion of the verification process and continue to be owners of CMKM. Neither the Task Force, nor any member, is involved or plans to be involved in the continued operation of CMKM post distribution of the Entourage stock."

"Any stockholder who cannot produce a certificate or does not desire receipt of a distribution will not receive a distribution of Entourage shares or other CMKM assets."

One exception where Entourage was not mentioned in the same sentence as other "assets"...

"The Task Force is sensitive to the fact this delay may bother some stockholders who have complied with the previous authentication date; however, it is the collective reasoning of all concerned that the mandate of the Task Force be upheld, that being "to assist the stockholders of CMKM in obtaining a distribution of the assets of CMKM."

IMO, I believe each and every PR is carefully worded. If you agree, then why would this postcard sent out to CMKX shareholders change their trend of including the mention of Entourage shares along with that of other assets when communicating to us about the Distribution?

I would have to agree with harryizmabelli when he said in his post above:

"They sort of look like a notice you might get after you won

something like a sweepstakes. Maybe a carribean cruise or

something of that nature. "

My thought is that this was an intentional act. They specifically stated in the beginning of the postcard that of "certain assets". Whether it was to grab the attention of postal workers or that of the last remaining shareholders is anyone's guess. Another possibility is that they may assume if the shareholder knows nothing of this cert pull they may also be clueless about Entourage, thus the mention of assets only in the first sentence. However, it still reads in such a way that captures the attention of those who may come across such a postcard. I know it would grab my curiosity and probably it would my mailman's also.

I read years ago about a man who began a brilliant campaign to advertise himself in order to become a household name...or at least among newspapers and magazines. This man was a writter. He spent a large part of his life developing the ability to promote himself and his writings. He began this campaign in the 50's.

What he did was to create a stamp of approval which always carried his name. He also created a sour grapes award for those he did not approve of. He worked for a newspaper and convinced the the artists to create stickers bearing either his personal seal of approval or his sour-grapes award. The one labeled with his name had a cartoon drawing of him wearing a sports cap. Underneath that was the OK sign—a hand with the thumb and forefinger formed into a circle.

He sent these seals of approval to many notable people: Eleanor Roosevelt (he included a nice little letter saying how much he liked a column she had written); Milton Caniff, the creator of the Steve Canyon comic strip (Paul complimented him on his upbeat story themes); and the manager of a Shakey's Pizza Parlor, in praise of the food and the atmosphere.

He was using these stickers to promote himself. As the reactions and questions came back to him from various recipients, he would incorporate them into newspaper articles—under still another pen name—about himself and always was the mention of him as being this "interesting fellow from Paducah, Kentucky"

Each day he read at least one book and twelve or more newspapers. At one point, an ad for a sausage company began to catch his attention. They had been using a series of slogans to promote their meats and sausages, and this man invariably tried to improve upon the poetry. He not only sent them his seal of approval, he submitted his own suggestion for a slogan: "Our sausage is made with a curse; that's why our best is our wurst."

He was always experimenting with different promotional methods. One time a salesman in a men's clothing store agreed to conduct a little test for him. If a customer was having a problem selecting a tie, the salesman would randomly point to one and say, "This tie is recommended by "PT"...and then he would give this man's name. The salesman reported that the tie often sold on this recommendation. The customers rarely even bothered to ask who PT was to whom the salesperson had referred.

---------

My point being is that this man was successful in the promotion of himself. He had to start somewhere and the way he did it began to show up as proof in the success of his methods for self-promotion.

The postcard may not be anything other than a way to capture the reader's attention. The use of postcards instead of sealed envelops may be for no other purpose than to save money. Yet, if it were to only save money then why send it out to bonafide shareholders. Now why would he want to do that?

Perhaps this postcard is meant for more eyes to see other than just those who are not yet bonafide. Maheu and Stoecklein know that if the postcards are sent to a number of bonafide shareholders, that there will be a number of them who are on the boards and will post on the boards about the postcard for all to see.

I believe the end statement of the postcard is a powerful one..

"If your shares have been liquidated or removed from your account because your broker deemed the securities as worthless, please call this office immediately at 903-595-4249." You should demand that your broker obtain a certificate for those shares from the Transfer Agent and send a copy of this certificate to this office immediately."

I also like the advisement/advertisement to visit the CMKMtaskforce.com and how "this website is designed to answer any questions you may have".

The only question I have is IF this mailing is meant to be a "forced communication", then why wasn't it sent to all shareholders? Or will it be?
