Here are the revenues for the past three quarters, and it appears that the revenues are in decline, and not increasing. I made hint of the possibility a while back, as I wondered about how a company can add so many additional stores around the country but see overall stagnant sales growth. It was apparent at the time that revenues might in fact be decreasing rather than increasing on an individual store basis. The latest figures seem to back up that theory. The only way that I could see sales figures falling off where there's still growth is if they're practically giving the stuff away to get the product out there. Unfortunately, that wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.
1st QTR 479K, 117K gross profit
2nd QTR 523K, 213K gross profit (Stagnant sales despite distribution increase)
3rd QTR 430K, 70K gross profit
Also worth noting in the filings is that the cash levels have also declined, and the # of outstanding shares has increase over the past year significantly.
