LowFloat--That is a fascinating idea, ie, ERHC negotiating to get a % in blk 1 from CVX. I'm not sure though that the JDA will approve as I don't think, atleast during the bidding of round 1, due to the % interest of XOM, ie more than 40%. But the dynamics have certainly changed since then and maybe different rules apply now.
