fish, CVX may see the OBO-1 as leverage to gain additional percentages in the other blocks. I agree that unitization is premature but CVX has proved reserves. There's some middle ground where, for example, ERHE trades X% of their B2-B4 unproved reservers for Y% of Block 1 proved reserves with X > Y. IMO this would be good for both parties. CVX gets part of another block and ERHE gets instant proved oil, even it's only 5-10%.
