I assume that many consumers/users of BIEL technology would be on board for new pain treatment.

In the US at least the difficulty is getting the FDA to allow the sale of such products OTC.

I doubt if flooding the news media with info will influence the FDA at all. They seem to have their own agenda, timing, and attitude.
